2026 marks Zaman's 30th anniversary and 3 decades of creating hope for humanity together. From our grassroots beginnings in 1996 to now, our organization has reached over 500,000 individuals in Southeast Michigan and over 5 million globally with essential needs and life-changing services. Growing from a close-knit commmunity of volunteers delivering food boxes and crisis relief, to a world-class nonprofit that helps those in need with holistic care ranging from food and clothing to education, workforce development, and health services, all of the lives we have touched are thanks to the generosity of donors like you.
Basic Needs Programs
Help women, children, and refugee families overcome extreme poverty by providing essentials like food, clothing, case management, and emergency financial aid. Your support restores stability, and offers hope to those facing life’s toughest challenges.
Zaman Community Health Center
Provide equitable, culturally competent, and compassionate care to women in need with health screenings, mental health services, and health education. Your gift ensures they receive the essential and holistic support they deserve.
Tithing & Zakat

Education & Workforce Development
Empower women through education, career development, and vocational training. Zaman's Building Ongoing Opportunities through Skills Training (BOOST) programs transform lives by opening doors to hope and opportunities for sustainable independence.
International Humanitarian Relief

Plots for Tots
Bring peace to grieving families by providing dignified burials for infants and toddlers. Your support offers families in need comfort, care, and a final resting place for their children at our Plots for Tots Cemetery, located in Westland, MI.
Orphan Hope
Supporting children who have lost a parent, the Orphan Hope program provides essential care and ongoing assistance to help them thrive. Your gift brings hope and stability to vulnerable young lives, both in our local communities and around the world.
